About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our team. This role is crucial for the growth of our customer base and achieving our targets.
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
• Use various outreach methods, including cold calling, email, and social media, to connect with prospects.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed information.
• Work closely with our team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
• Provide feedback to our team on the effectiveness of campaigns and lead generation efforts and suggest new approaches.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with the industry and target market is a plus.
